JURISDICTION

In connection with any dispute with VSA, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The interpretation and construction of the Terms and Conditions and all matters relating to VSA or the VSA Site shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without respect to its conflict of laws principles. The Terms and Conditions shall be deemed severable. If any clause or provisions contained herein shall be adjudged invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or by operation of any applicable law, it shall not affect the validity of any other clause or provision, but such other clauses or provisions shall remain in full force and effect and the offending clause or provisions shall be deemed enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
